Penthouse Projects Holding established by Buda-Bau Ltd. Which has been working in the construction business since 1991 and has participated in more than 20 penthouse-like projects.

Penthouse Projects Holding was founded to build brand new flats in the attics of Budapest downtown block of flats by using our knowledge and experience. Of course during the construction developments the reconstruction of the houses is done.

Our goal is to arrange and carry out the constructions. As an investor our company is financing all the costs of the projects from its own resources. We always employ well-known and reliable general main contractors.
